Purpose
HexRGBPro publishes practical educational content for designers and developers who need reliable color information. This policy explains how we produce that content and how we handle mistakes.
What We Publish
- Tool documentation and usage guides
- Technical explainers about color models and accessibility
- Implementation notes, limitations, and workflow recommendations
Originality Standard
We avoid thin or copy-paste content. Every major page must include at least one of the following:
- Step-by-step practical workflow
- Technical explanation of algorithm behavior
- Known limitations and edge-case guidance
Accuracy and Sources
Technical claims are aligned with recognized standards (for example WCAG guidance, W3C CSS color modules, and browser API documentation). Where content includes estimates or heuristics, we label them clearly as approximations.
Review Process
- Every material update receives a technical pass for factual consistency
- Interactive examples are checked against live tool behavior
- Internal links and canonical URLs are verified after publishing
Corrections Policy
If we discover a factual or technical error, we correct it as soon as possible and update the relevant page. High-impact corrections (algorithm, accessibility, or policy statements) are prioritized.
To report an issue, use Contact Us and include:
- Page URL
- Description of the problem
- Optional reproducible steps or references
AI and Automation Disclosure
We may use automation for drafting and refactoring text, but final publication requires manual review for technical accuracy, clarity, and policy compliance.
Commercial Independence
Commercial relationships do not control editorial decisions. We do not publish technical recommendations in exchange for paid placement. Third-party promotional articles are not currently published on HexRGBPro.
User Trust Commitments
- No fabricated user ratings in structured data
- No hidden claims about features that do not exist
- Clear distinction between educational guidance and hard guarantees
